Round 8 Winter 2017

We were back at Heffron Park, Maroubra for Round 8 this week. It was great to see over a dozen new riders participate for the first time in an ISC event. Quite a few had their first ever cycling event, while others came from local area cycling clubs. Easts had so many show up that their coach, Andrew Bloxsom, moved straight into third position on the Coaches Cup leaderboard.

We found ourselves opening sign-on a little late after some unavoidable engagements earlier on, but we still managed to get everyone signed up and seeded in the TT pretty close to our scheduled start time.
