Round 7 Winter 2017

Nearly a month had passed since Round 6 of the Schools Cup was run. While some were travelling over the school holidays, others were practising at the Sunday Funday sessions before making their way down to Lansdowne for Round 7 in term three.

Three new riders joined us over the school holidays with Round 7 welcoming Ben, Jed and Ollie. They are representing Pacific Hills, West Pennant Hills and St Brendan’s respectively.

Rider of the Week

Cycology Riders of the Week:
Primary: Axel – Narwee Public School
Secondary: Peter – William Clarke College

Axel wasn’t feeling great to begin with, but with a little convincing he decided to give the TT a go. Little did he know, that he would take 10 seconds off his PB.

Peter started the season with a sub four minute TT. It was well and truly under his last season’s PB. This week he managed to take a further 9 seconds off. -Nine seconds is a pretty big deal at this speed.

Well done Peter and Axel.
